2shots Twosday

This morning, next door's BigLeaf Maple greeted us with this display. We are very very grateful for the fact that when BigLeaf loses her leaves, the majority fall on their side of the fence!

And in St Peter's churchyard, the 180 year old English Oaks are peppering the ground with their acorns. I planted these three in a pot and hope to find a good place for them when they sprout. And yes, I know how big they get!
